You send us your frames - FOR FREE!
Once your online prescription lenses order is verified, we will promptly send you a box to pack your glasses, along with a pre-paid shipping label. This allows you to securely send us your frames at no cost to you.
Typically, this step takes 1-3 days business days to complete.

We replace your lenses
Since prescription lenses are custom-made and require a few days for processing, we start that process as soon as we receive your order. Most orders are completed in our lab within 24 hours. All orders are verified by a doctor once complete.

You receive your new glasses
Within approximately 1 week, you will receive your new glasses, all at a super affordable price and without having to leave the comfort of your home.

Step 3: Ship Your Frames to Us
Next, you ship your frames to us using the provided pre-paid shipping label.
Step 4: Lens Replacement and Return
We will replace the lenses and ship your frames back to you. From the time your frames leave your possession until you receive them back with your new replacement lenses, it typically takes 5-7 business days.
